Service Description

What's included: • A comprehensive intake form + sleep and feeding logs (3-5 days total) sent after booking via email • A 60–90-minute sleep education call (via zoom) where we will go over your intake form + logs together, discuss biologically normal infant sleep, red flags (if applicable), and anything else that may come up in your intake form. • We will discuss action steps + tailored strategies related to your family's sleep goals • A follow-up email sent to you that includes a full summary and detailed notes of our conversation + the strategies/goals discussed (to start) • Mid-week check-ins via email + meet via zoom 1x per week for the 4-6 weeks of support • Each week that we meet virtually face to face, we will discuss the previous weeks strategies and recommendations and if any other changes are needed to be made • Resources and handouts that pertain to your baby's sleep challenges and goals This is for you if... → Your baby has suspected red flags interfering with their sleep, and you want to get to the root of it →Wanting to feel confident in your little one's sleep rhythms + confidence in how to navigate their sleep when normal disruptors occur → Needing more in-depth guidance and support on your infant or toddler's sleep overall →Needing support on one or more specific sleep challenges (i.e. Early rising, split nights, false starts, frequent wakes, Bedtime battles, etc.) →Wanting longer stretches of sleep through a gentle, attachment-focused approach, but don't know where to start →Want/are ready to make gradual + gentle shifts and transitions (i.e. Naps-from contact or motion to basinet or crib, co-sleeping to own sleep space, weaning, etc.) through connection + supporting all emotion *Appropriate for 6months-4 years *Note that if underlying issues are determined based off of red flags, it will be recommended that you seek additional support first, before we then proceed with our consultation further.
